These terms apply to your use of https://psbios.download. By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
1. What the site is for
psbios.download publishes guides, explanations and lists about PlayStation emulation. The content is for general information. It is provided free of charge and may change, move or be removed at any time.
2. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for following the laws that apply where you live, including copyright law, when you use emulators, BIOS files and games.
- Emulators and other programs we write about are published by their own developers under their own licences (for example GPL for PCSX2 and ARMSX2, CC BY-NC-ND for DuckStation). When you download one, its licence and the publisher’s terms apply, not ours.
- Back up your files and devices before changing settings, installing software or updating firmware. You carry out any steps from our guides at your own risk.
3. Our content
The text, tables, screenshots and design of this site are our own work unless stated otherwise. You may read them, share links to them and quote short passages with a link back. You may not copy whole pages, republish our content on another site or feed it into automated content tools without written permission.
4. Acceptable use
Please don’t attack, overload or try to break into the site, scrape it at high volume, or use it to distribute malware or spam.
5. Links to other sites
We link to third-party websites for convenience. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content, availability, downloads or privacy practices.
6. No warranty
We try hard to keep every page accurate and current, but we provide the site “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Emulator versions, menus and requirements change, so a guide can become outdated between our checks.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, psbios.download is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or of any software, file or website you reach through it, including data loss or damage to hardware.
8. Copyright complaints
If you believe something on this site infringes your rights, follow our DMCA policy.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
