DMCA & Copyright Policy

Last updated: 21 October 2026

psbios.download respects the rights of copyright owners and responds to valid notices under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA, 17 U.S.C. § 512) and similar laws in other countries.

How to send a notice

Email dmca@psbios.download with the subject line “DMCA notice”. To be valid, the notice must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature, as the owner or as someone authorised to act for the owner.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you say is being infringed.
  3. The exact URL(s) on psbios.download where the material or link appears, so we can find it.
  4. Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or are authorised to act for the owner.

What happens next

  • We review every complete notice, usually within a few working days.
  • If the notice is valid, we remove or disable the material or link and tell you when it is done.
  • Where we can, we keep a record of the notice and the action taken.
  • Incomplete notices get a reply asking for the missing details.

Material on other websites

We can only act on content and links on psbios.download itself. If the file you are concerned about is stored on another website, please send your notice to that website or its host as well.

Counter-notice

If material you are responsible for was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you can send a counter-notice to the same address. It must include your signature, identification of the material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake, your name, address and phone number, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court. We may restore the material if the complaining party does not tell us within 10 to 14 business days that it has filed a court action.

Misuse

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), anyone who knowingly makes a false claim in a notice or counter-notice may be liable for damages. Please make sure the material is actually yours, and consider fair use, before sending a notice.

Trademark concerns

For trademark questions, write to the same address with “Trademark” in the subject line, the mark concerned and the URLs involved.
