What to write to us about
- Corrections: a wrong step, an outdated version number, a setting that moved in a new emulator release, or a broken link. Please include the page address and what you saw.
- Guide requests: an emulator, device or error you would like us to cover.
- Copyright and trademark requests: please follow the DMCA policy and send the notice to dmca@psbios.download.
- Privacy requests: to ask what we hold about you, or to have an email conversation deleted. See the privacy policy.
What we can’t help with
- We can’t send BIOS files, game files or download links by email.
- We can’t debug a specific PC or phone one-to-one. For that, the official support channels of each project (for example the PCSX2 forums and Discord, or the DuckStation and ARMSX2 GitHub issue trackers) are the right place.
- We don’t sell guest posts, links or advertorials, so requests for those won’t get a reply.
Response time
We aim to answer within a few working days. Copyright notices are handled first.
